SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Shipping Status

Customer orders are delivered by private courier, Flash Express, and customers are required to sign for the parcel upon delivery.

Customers can track their parcel status via the registered email or check the tracking number through the courier’s website link below:

https://www.flashexpress.co.th/tracking/

You can check the parcel status by entering the tracking number in the system. Please note that the status displayed on the website may be slightly delayed compared to the email notification.

In case of shipment status delays, please contact Triumph Customer Service via the email provided.

Free shipping is available for orders of 1,500 THB or more. For orders below 1,500 THB, a 50 THB shipping fee will be applied.

Delivery Lead Time

Delivery time by private courier, Flash Express, takes approximately 3–5 business days.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday will receive an email notification with the order status.

If a parcel cannot be delivered within 3 attempts, it will be returned to Triumph Customer Service.

Change of Delivery Address

Once the customer has confirmed the order, it will be sent directly to the warehouse for preparation, packing, and delivery to the address provided in the system. If the customer has entered an incorrect address, wishes to change the address, or provided inaccurate information, we recommend contacting Triumph Customer Service immediately.
