CLICK & COLLECT

Click and Collect is a new service that offers you the convenience of shopping online and picking up your purchased items at selected Triumph stores.

Click and Collect is FREE for all orders with no minimum spend required.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the details of your order. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after your order has been packed and picked up from the warehouse. Please note that your order is not yet ready for collection at this stage. Once your order has arrived in the boutique of your choice, you will receive an email notifying you for collection.

As we use an external delivery system, parcels can be delivered to your selected store within 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays. Orders placed on Friday before 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

When you receive the email notification to collect your order, please contact our staff at the selected store. Present your order confirmation email or relevant documents to verify your identity during the store's operating hours.

Please collect your order within 5 business days after receiving the email notification. Kindly note that all orders and collections are subject to the company's return and exchange policy. The company reserves the right to accept returns and exchanges only within 14 days from the order confirmation date.

Orders will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be issued in the form of a voucher. The process may take up to 10 business days.

If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may authorize someone else to collect it on your behalf. Please ensure that the person brings your order confirmation email and presents relevant documents to verify their identity during the operating hours of the selected store. The company shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss of the items under any circumstances.

The Click and Collect service is available only at the following three Triumph stores. Outlet stores and department stores are not included in our Click and Collect service.
