In order to provide you with the trouble-free online shopping experience, if something is not right, let us know for return or exchange within 21 days of the purchase date by filling the ‘Returns/Exchanges Request Form’ below.

What items can be returned?

Upon receiving the product, please check your order. In case the product is defective or incorrect, you may submit a claim with supporting evidence within 7 days from the purchase date to our Customer Service team.

Returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Products must be returned within 7 days from the purchase date.

For purchases made through Triumph Online, the company reserves the right to refund in the form of an electronic voucher for future purchases only. Discounted items are non-returnable, and for hygiene reasons, underwear and shapewear are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances.

Note: The company reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for used items or products without complete tags. If such items are sent back, the company will reject the return and ship the products back to the customer, with the shipping cost borne by the customer.

Where can we return the item(s) after receiving the return email?

In accordance with our return/exchange policy, the company reserves the right to refund in the form of an electronic voucher, which can be used exclusively for purchases on www.th.triumph.com for future orders. The issuance of the electronic voucher will take 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), counted from the date the returned product is received by our Customer Service team. The electronic voucher will be valid for 3 months, and customers will receive confirmation via email.

How do I request for a return for items?

Once you receive the email confirmation for your return request, you may send the product back to our Customer Service address. Please provide the return tracking number when shipping the product back. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If no tracking number is provided, the company will not be held responsible for any loss of the product during transit.

What items can be exchanged?

Please fill in the product exchange information in the Returns Request Form. Exchanges are allowed only for a different color or size of the same product, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, customers must return the item to our Customer Service Department. In case the requested item is out of stock, the company reserves the right to issue an electronic voucher for future purchases instead. Kindly specify the desired color or size in the Returns Request Form.
